Therapy is the space to explore the sides of you that feel uncomfortable to sit with. We all develop different methods of avoiding. All too often we have a tendency to want to change or "fix" ourselves. In session I'm going to encourage you to ask yourself why. you will learn to cultivate self-compassion, take ownership and learn to recognize and vocalize your boundaries .
All relationships take work. The goal in couples therapy is not to eliminate conflict but how it is approached and repaired. I help partners rebuild emoitonal intimacy by learning different ways to communicate while taking accountability with one another.
