and I would love to help

I get excited when I think about empowering others to lean into their desires  and challenge their own fears and negative thinking.

when I was in my early 20's, I was highly anxious, people-pleasing and had incredibly low self-esteem. I found validation in hard-work and what I produced. After a while, the jobs got harder and the needle for "good enough" kept moving father away.  After lot of personal work and therapy, I uncovered that the secret to authentic relationship and connection with others was to have a secure relationship with myself. Now I am able to confidently state my needs, own my wants and determine what "good enough" is for me. That is the change I hope to encourage for my clients.
